MAKING FRESH PASTA WITH THE ROLLING PIN

Tagliolini, tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle will magically appear in front of your eyes!!!  You will be one of those to cut the pasta!

 

MAKING GNOCCHI BY HAND, WITH TOMATO/BASIL SAUCE
Watch the trick of transforming potatoes and flour into soft and tasty little Italian dumplings -“Gnocchi”!!!

 

MAKING A PERFECT PORCHETTA AND FOCACCIA
The authentic Etruscan roast of pork, seasoned with wild fennel and black pepper, served with the legend of our oven, the rosemary focaccia!!!
